What is holistic coaching?

Holistic coaching is a mixture of detoxification, the lymphatic system, gut health, nutrition, exercise and mindset working together synergistically. There is no judgement as everyone is on their own path and journey. If you are a meat eater, plant based, vegan, raw foodist. My purpose is to help you with your own unique goals as we work through limiting beliefs, barriers, trauma, self-confidence and awareness.

My approach is to help you reset the body from years of toxic load so the body can absorb nutrients properly, this is done through detoxification and inner terrain modification.  After the detoxification and healing is complete we work on building the body back up to its most optimal level by working on clients specific nutritional and fitness goals.

I believe in working holistically as a whole as you cannot have one without the other. There has to be balance to make health sustainable.  Working from the inside out.  Eating whole natural foods to nourish and heal the body long term.

I provide clients with education, knowledge and space to make their own decisions that they feel comfortable in, whilst getting them results.  Guiding and coaching them to the best of my knowledge.  You have the power to heal yourself and make improvements.  I am here to provide you with the tools and show you how.  You have to be willing to do the work because at the end of the day your health is your wealth no house, car, money, trophy or tittle can ever replace that.

Protocol for Chronic Illness / Disease and pain

Iris analysis and herbal protocol if you have years of chronic illness and pain or disease e.g. diabetes, arthritis, IBS, acidosis, kidney, liver, constipation, bowel and urinary tract irritation, genetic weaknesses, hormonal issues, acne, skin, hair loss, fatigue, digestion, parasites, lung and chest issues, thyroid, and parathyroid.

Working on your lymphatic system and getting your kidneys to filter is the key to healing.

Please Note: Healing takes time! You may need more than 12 weeks for the more severe cases. This will be determined upon iris analysis, assessment questionnaire, medical/family history and blood work.

Comp prep is not healthy (disclaimer) as the body does not want to get that lean and eating higher protein is a liver and kidney burden on the body. But it is only for a short time and the body is quite resilient.  I love comp prep and the whole discipline and routine that comes along with being a physique athlete. If there is a healthier way of doing it than I am going to do it that way.

YOUR HEALTH IS ALWAYS A WORK IN PROGRESS IT NEVER ENDS. HEALTH AND WELLNESS SHOULD BE A LIFETIME GOAL.
